At CHAMULA, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic CHAMULA tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
